I fell in love with photography over 30 years ago—capturing wildlife and landscapes, chasing natural light, and getting lost in the beauty of the outdoors. That passion led me to earn a degree in broadcasting and work with a television network, where I sharpened my skills in storytelling and visual production.

What began as a personal passion soon became something more. After years of helping friends with their photography and video needs, I realized I could bring that same creativity and care to even more people—and Darren Myers Imagery was born.

Today, we’re a family-run, full-service photography and video production business based in Hampton Roads. From elegant portraits and brand content to aerial drone imagery and heartfelt event coverage, we specialize in capturing real moments with style and intention.

I still love being outdoors with a camera in hand—but just as much, I love seeing the reactions on people’s faces when they receive their final portraits or projects. That’s what drives me: creating something meaningful that you’ll be proud to share and cherish for years to come.
